Ambient temperature analysis

Hello everyone,

I am trying to analyse microclimatic parameters in urban canyon with the add of energyplus through honeybee plugin. I want also to validate in situ microclimatic measurements against modeled values of air temperature, MRT and UTCI comfort index. In first stage, I have manage to run the simulation. What it seems strange to me is that the air temperature is the same at all grid analysis points. Also, I tried to run the simulation with different material properties (lower albedo coefficient for both pavement and wall materials) but the value of the air temperature is the same it was before the rehabilitation scenario.

Yes I think I found the solution. Importing the epw file, the air temperature remains the same throughout the EP simulation. Exactly the same thing also happens to wind speed. You can run parallel cfd simulation in order to acquire these parameters and then to import them into the microclimatic map as a list.
