Big difference in energy results between different HB versions

Hi all,
I run the same GH file with the different versions of HB (0.0.63 VS 0.0.65). The corresponding EnergyPlus versions are 8.9.0 and 9.2.0. However, the energy results are quite different as follows:
Old version (8.9.0): heating demand is 14.9 kWh/m2, cooling demand is 5.2 kWh/m2.
New version (9.2.0): heating demand is 18.0 kWh/m2, cooling demand is 6.2 kWh/m2.
The difference in heating demand is high to 20%.
I converted the infiltration rate for floor area (8.9.0 version) to the rate for facade area (9.2.0 version).
I compared the energy balance created by the two files, and mechanical ventilation has the biggest difference:

I also checked the inTable file created by EnergyPlus, and the minimum mechanical ventilation (ACH) is the same in both versions:

However, the average mechanical ventilation rate (ACH) is different:

I think the difference in mechanical ventilation rate might be caused by air economizer, as the Changelog of EnergyPlus between the two versions show the improvement for air economizer. Does anyone know how the air economizer is changed in EnergyPlus which might cause the difference in mechanical ventilation as shown in my case?
Besides, do you have any other idea for the difference in energy demand?

I upload the GH file with the new version, as I did not keep the old version, as it was only used for my old research step and only simulation results were kept.

the energy balance resulted with the two versions is as follows:
