I don’t know if this a bug, but when I am defining the single speed cooling tower, I get an error in the cooling tower component whenever I add a panel in the attached object parameters to specify that I want 2 cells. The error is: 1. Solution exception:Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

For some reason, the ObjParams failed to convert input value string “2” to integer 2.
Here is a quick fix:
