DF envimet building files

Hello!

I am using the DF envimet building files component to read envimet simulation results. I was wondering how you can see which building ID belongs to which building in your model.

Hi @mk-1,

Good question. ENVI-Met software does not have a data structure where a building is connected directly to its facades for now. Only 1D results of buildings are strictly connected to their IDs.
Could you give me more details about what you are looking for?

Dear @AntonelloDiNunzio,

I noticed you can graph the ‘vapour from greening’ for a building in the ‘read building avr results’ component. Since I’ve created my own facade greening type I wanted to compare these values. They differ a bit for each building so I wondered if I could find out which building belongs to which building ID.
