I’m new on Ladybug + Honeybee and this is happening with some of my components.
Can someone help me solve this?

Did you install and check the GhPython in the grasshopper components folder?
Right-click the GhPython file >> in Properties >> make sure there is no “blocked” text (select"unblock").

The GhPython 0.6.0.3 wasn’t working, had to download the earlier version
