Faces do not form a closed volume / subface were not matched with any parent faces

Hello everyone
I am doing a daylight and confort analysis of an heliodome and I struggle with the definition of my apertures.
I’ve check :

my aperture match with the room faces
my volume is closed.
I’ve tried 2 methods to add apertures to the volume but any of them are working. I’ve also tried to planerize my surfaces but it doesn’t change anything.

The second method allows me to create a “model” but not a room but I need it to create a grid model

Can you help me with my problem please ?
