I am having trouble creating HB model. Firstly, when I use 1.5HB to create a simple room just like the example, it always tells "

Secondly, I have tried a few configurations but all of them give me border shades on each of the windows, is there a better to create border shades closing to Window edge just like the border shade giving in the rhino picture, or
are there some new ways to give the border shades attribute to the surface in Rhinoceros.
Greatly appreciate any assistance! I have attached some images including one of the room configurations if this is helpful.
