Get Lowest Cloud Cover Day

HI all,

I want to isolate a specif date on a given analysis period in order to find the less total cloud cover day. This is what I have so far but I fail to see where I can get the dates where the total cloud cover is equal to 0
Any help will be much appreciated

Thank you for your answer. But I still can’t get the date formated in YY/MM/DD or something similar. How would you achieve this?
