Honeybee_Daysim Occupancy Generator wrong csv schedule lunch break hour

Hi all,

I think this needs a close look @chris @mostapha . It seems that the csv generated by the Honeybee_Daysim Occupancy Generator does not consider a lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00 as intended by default, but rather considers a luch break between 11:00 and 12:00. Attached the script and the csv output. Thanks.

Thanks for catching and reporting this @IasonBournas. I am assuming this is not limiting your analysis for now. @mostapha shall we include this in the next release?
