Hello, I’m an amateur in energy simulation, and actually it’s my first project, and I’ve run into lots of trouble in the simulation process. I appreciate it if you help me to solve these problems.
my project is a DSF which is installed in a building in hot arid climate.
1.I want to calculate shading device’s effects on building energy, I used these two components “HB Add Shade” and “DF Apply facade parameters” but in the second one “HB visualize by type” didn’t show shadings. and in the first one, as its description said it’s not calculated on energy simulation. What suggestion would you give to my mentioned problem?
2. to solve Adjacency I used these two components “HB solve Adjacency” and “HB rooms by floor height” but it’s not truly defined exterior floors and interior walls yet. (should I make windows and doors in both adjacent rooms?)
