Pay attention that when you zoom in to the component you can add additional schedules (for instance summer/winter). Check the “+” icon.

Don’t i understand the question. It can change as much as you need/want it to change. It is nit a hard rule for that, so it is your responsibility to know and understand for each specific case what to do.
