I am a architechture student.I have a problem about how to combine shading desiner with PMV comfort analysis.I think the PMV is the evaluation index to a good shading design.Because the radiance can influence the indoor temperature.But I don’t know how to combine shading desiner with PMV comfort analysis.It seems there is no component to link shading design or radiance to Energy Simulation.Could you please teach me how to analyse a shading design?

Include the shadings in your energy model and then use the outputs of the energy simulation to calculate the PMV values for the zone. You don’t need Radiance in this case. I believe @chris has a video on how to use the results of an energy simulation to calculate PMV comfort.
