  1. Solution exception:The installed Radiance is from 2018/9/1.
    Must be from from 2021/3/28 or later.
    Download and install the version of Radiance listed in the Ladybug Tools compatibility matrix

The solution is already discussed in the error note.

  1. Uninstall Radiance from your system.
  2. Click here and download Radiance related to your LB tools version.
  3. Install the Radiance version downloaded and restart your Rhino.

That’s it. It should work.
