"Import ground temp" component have problem

HI!!

My Lab always use ladybug.

We want to use “Import ground temp”,but there is something wrong with it.

It say “1. Solution exception:unsupported operand type(s) for -: ‘tuple’ and ‘float’”

Could you give me your advice

Hi Hiro,

Please reinsert the component. The one in the image corresponds to a previous version. You probably updated using the updater component. This is one of those cases that this should be done manually since the amount of input/output items changed.

Saying that i’ve found a bug:

When i set the visualisedata_Month FIRST to true i get the following error:

  1. Solution exception:name ‘drawLegend’ is not defined

Then i set the visualisedata_Season to true (and the previous to false). It works. Then i set again the Month to true and now it works.

Small bug …

I reinsert this component from https://github.com/mostaphaRoudsari/ladybug/tree/master/userObjects.

but this version is ver 0.058.

is this component is wrong?

It is indeed 0.58. You should see 3 input items: epwfile, visualisedata_Season and visualisedata_Month

I can work Groundtemp because my epw have no ground temperature data.

Thats interesting I thought all epw files have ground temperature data can you tell me what location your epw file is and I’ll take a look if some epw files dont have a location I need to build a check in that detects this
