I was wondering if anyone had any more information about the “Internal Source” Material. In particular: how one might go about tweaking it’s radiative emissivity (for example) + general information on the material (my assumption being that it is not included in ASHRAE90). Using material decomposition only gives the general characteristics but seems to leave out the component which allows it to act as a radiative source in an energy simulation (By comparing a mundane material like concrete and internal source).
For context, I plan to try to model a few heat sources in a honeybee simulation by transposing some of their characteristics and knowing how this material works is crucial to modeling those sources correctly.
