I seems that sometimes IntersectMasses and SolveAdjacency have problem identifying exterior wall and interior wall. Does anyone know the cause?

Your file is working just fine for me.
Please be aware your units, in the model, are not meters. Maybe becouse of this and becouse the big windows you are asking for (90% of wall) t looks weird.
See the image i produced from your own code with some midifications in the inputs of the glazingCreator component. I’m not showing thw windows just for convenience.
