Hello. I’m trying to simulate the energy use of a row house. I have problems with matching the inter-zone surfaces of the shared wall between the house. I also have a problem with duplicate zone names (solve adjacencies). I’m not sure where I’m going wrong.

Most likely the issue is happening here:
After you solve the adjacency you have to include all the zones in the study otherwise the adjacent surface will be missing from the model.
Thank you @mostapha But is there another way to exclude the adjacent zones from further calculations?
If you don’t want to include them in your energy model then you should model them as shading object AKA context.
For the faces which are adjacent to these buildings you should set the boundary condition to adiabatic.
