After setting up all HB Zones, HB Loads, HB Schedules, I receive the following error message with component HB Export to Open Studio:
- The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
** Severe ** RoofCeiling:Detailed=“UNIT_0-8_1_SRF_12”, Vertex size mismatch between base surface :UNIT_0-8_1_SRF_12 and outside boundary surface: UNIT_0-8_5_SRF_4
Any solution on this?

Did you intersect the zones to ensure all the adjacent faces are the same size before solve the adjacency between them?
Yes, I ran the zones through HB Intersect Masses. I found the one zone that caused the error and replaced it with a new geometry in Rhino. Not sure why but it worked. However, it would be great to solve this error within the definition.
Most likely your geometry in Rhino was not modeled cleanly and was not making an intersection with the other geometry. It can also be because of the tolerance. There are a number of discussions on the forum that discusses this issue in details.
