Rhino crashes if I try to use ladybug

I’ve encountered an issue after installing Ladybug Tools for the first time on my PC.

I am using Rhino 7. After opening Grasshopper, whenever I drag any Ladybug component onto the canvas, Rhino crashes after approximately 15 seconds. There does not appear to be any spike in CPU usage during this time.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Ladybug, and we have also excluded Rhino from antivirus blocking to rule out interference. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Thank you for sharing this other link and yes my computer uses SentinelOne for antivirus. Luckily I was finally able to solve my issue by having IT include the folder path for the Rhino.exe file in the exclusion list.
