Run Energy simulation, no files written

Hi,

Yesterday i ran a simple EnergyPlus simulation and it worked fine. Today i opened the files again and ran it again. This time it didn’t work but it does not give a warning. The CMD window is different from yesterday, it does not show the lines of ‘Warming up {1}’ any more.
When i run the IDF file through the EnergyPlus software itself i get the warning that the IDF file is version 9.0.0, the EnergyPlus software is 9.2.0… I can run the simulation without updating the file and it runs without problems. So i guess it has to do with Grasshopper or Honeybee.
Does any one know how i can fix this? I don’t onderstand it.

I think this is the problem but i don’t know how to solve it.

Hi @martijn,
I think it has to do with your climate file URL.
You can use the Ladybug_download EPW weatherfile.

thanks for your reply and the solution.
it was indeed the EPW file. also my OpenStudio needed an update.
now it works fine.
