Simulation stop at time 19

When i’m running butterfly with a indoor case,when the gird size larger than 0.1m,everything goes normally.Then i set the gird size to 0.08m,the result of mesh chek is OK ,but the simulation stop at time 19 and the wind speed is very large. Does anyone have the same problem?

Check whether any probes are inside the geometry please

What @devang said is most likely the reason that you get the error. My suggestion is to scale the base surface inwards to ensure all the points are inside the domain.

I tried to scale the base surface inwards and all the points were inside the domain,but it still stoped at time loop 17. The result is like this
