Switching from python to c#

Are there any plans or have their been discussions about an update/swtich to c# over python? From my understanding, the compiled code could run a lot of the simulations faster and more efficiently in parallel compared to python, especially when it comes to baking and generating geometry. I am not a developer and could be completely wrong with my understanding.

No. We have no plans to switch.

The differences in most cases are negligible in comparison to the time for running the simulations itself. We have improved the post-processing components to use numpy and will keep adding similar improvements to the areas that can have a major effect.

If you want a faster solution to build the geometry, I suggest giving the Pollination Rhino plugin a try.
