Therm Simulation - Windows error

Hi all,
I am trying to start simulating thermal performance with example file for Therm, but i am still having a problem with writeTHERM component, which gives a “windowserror” alert. Have someone a solution for this problem? is it related to installation process? I have therm 7.6, Rhino 6 and Windows 10.

Do you have the file open a different application?

In most cases you can address this issue by changing the study folder.
