Thermal Connector

Hi all,

I am trying to use the thermal connector component in DF to layout the DES. The component accepts only 1 loop. I have tried several different ways of connecting building to building, surface to building, etc., but an error message keeps showing several loops. Does anyone know how I can identify which loops exist? I cannot physically see any more than a single loop connecting every element.

  1. Solution exception:A total of 7 different loops were found across all ThermalConnectors.
    Only one loop is allowed.

Hey @Geo_curious ,

I think I already responded on another post to let you know that the DES capabilities are not ready yet and they won’t be for at least a month. But, if you are curious about what the workflow is shaping up to be this sample file is where I will be iterating on the DES workflow as it develops.
