userCustomEPLibrary is Blank

Hi

I have been trying to create an EP window material but it shows the following error

  1. Can’t find LOW-EPS in EP Construction Library.
    Add the construction to the library and try again.

As suggested by Mostapha, I went through the following WISH: Creating and Adding new Schedules to the EP Library - Grasshopper

I also tried using a custom window material - “Fixed window”
However, the error is 1. Can’t find FIXED WINDOW 3.81/0.39/0.27 in EP Construction Library.
Add the construction to the library and try again.

It seems that my userCustomEPLibrary is all Blank. Please share the complete idf file and an example of how do I add the required window material to it (in terms of U- Value, and SHGC)
