VSC recipe component removed - alternative methodology

In “old forum” I see discussions mentioning a Honeybee VSC recipe component. (For calculating Vertical Sky Component in daylight analysis).
Am I right in that this component has been removed in Honeybee+?
If so could someone share an alternative approach to obtaining VSC metrics?

Hi @Bjorn,

Vertical Sky Component was never part of Honeybee[+]. We will add it at some point in the future. Meanwhile you can use VSC from Honeybee Legacy.

Would there be a current workaround to running VSC with HB+?
Such as setting one of the available recipes of HB+ with the appropriate radparameters and sky.

This is something that should be implemented as a recipe. The legacy component already does what one would achieve with developing a work-around in Honeybee[+].
