.gha files already exist in your Components folder and cannot be deleted while Grasshopper is open.
Close Grasshopper, delete the ladybug_grasshopper_dotnet folder at
C:\Users\doyle\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries\ladybug_grasshopper_dotnet
and rerun this versioner component to get the new .gha files.
Or simply keep using the old .gha component if you do not need the latest .gha features.

RESTART RHINO to load the new components + library.
The "LB Sync Grasshopper File" component can be used
to sync Grasshopper definitions with your new installation.
The Versioner component has, itself, been changed between the
current version (1.4.0) and the version you are changing to (1.4.3).
It is recommended that you resart Rhino and run the new Versioner
coponent to ensure that everything is consistent.
