Hi everyone, I am trying to running a daylight simulation using honeybee,dose anybody know how to define a thermochromic window using parameters such as solar transimitance,solar reflectance,visual transimitance and so on?

Not sure which plugin do you intend to use but the HB Glass material component will let you assign those properties in LBT (Ladybug tools) plugin.
