Equivalent of "Add to EnergyPlus Library" in V1

The title says it all: I would like to add custom constructions to the library, so that I can reference them by name in components like “HB Face”:

How do I add custom constructions to the library in V1? Basically I am looking for the V1 equivalent of this:
