Run energy simulation error

Hi everyone

I’m trying to run the energy simulation for my model which has some curved surfaces. I’ve faced this error message after run it. Do you have any suggestion how to solve it?
I’ve attached the file.

@neroj,
A casting surface is one that produces a solar shadow on another surface. The shading model in EnergyPlus does not work well for non-convex casting surfaces(especially for evaluating surface temperature).
You can change a surface from non-convex (or concave) to convex by planarized and breaking it up into a set of smaller surfaces that are each convex.
