Hi Mingbo, I installed the latest version of pollination, but it seems the old version is not replaced. Not i have two copies of every module.
Hi @XavierZhouLadybug, it seems you have previously installed the ladybug tools in a custom directory which the Pollination installer is not able to find to remove. The Pollination installer will only remove those default installation paths. You will have to remove them manually for the old installations.

I got the same issue about installing the Ironbug plug in.
My tool version are openstudio-3.7.0,LBT 1.8.
And I manually copy the openstudio-3.7.0 from C:\ to C:\Users\User\ladybug_tools folder
What mistake did i make or any step didn’t taken?

You can user Pollination one-click install for ladybug and ironbug.
If you want to upgrade newer ironbug, you can install it using the exe file from github release.
