I would save all idfs and then run through the EPlaunch in batch. Search for it.

@AbrahamYezioro’s response seems like the quickest solution. Not sure how “cloud ready” you/your company are but you could always try to farm out the different IDFs to multiple machines on the cloud and run them there.
