Hello,

I am encounter this problem whenever I am using the script fot comfort mapping downloadable from github.

“1. Solution exception: Failed to import ladybug: No module named ladybug_display.visualization”

I checked the general thread about this type of error but all suggestion didn’t work:

  1. installation ok
  2. no username with spaces
  3. not installed outside of C:

Hi @unendlichkeitme ,

You are using LBT 1.6 components but your installed LBT core libraries are for some older version of Ladybug Tools. Just install the latest version and your script will work. Also, I would recommend using the free single-click Pollination Grasshopper installer to install Ladybug Tools in lieu of the Food4Rhino installer just because it will give you a fully compatible version of the simulation engines with your installed version of Ladybug Tools.
