Hello, dear forum. I have some problems with the energy simulation of the self_shading window.
could anyone help me with this problem?
I have just one space, but the error tells me I have too much surface.
The error is telling you that the window is larger than the hosting surface.
Scale down the window so you can leave some wall borders clean.

thank you @AbrahamYezioro. now I have this error:
You are using a plugin i don’t have installed (Pufferfish).
Please send a (more) simplified version without dependencies.
You probably can use the SimulationPar
component to solve the error, like this:

Hi, can you fix this problem? I have same but i do not know how solve.
Hello @AbrahamYezioro
I am also having a similar error but for a different problem. I am running energy simulation for Venetian blind analysis with a dynamic control scheme which would consider four different heights and four different angles. However after running the simulation I get this error: 1. ** Severe ** GetHTSubSurfaceData: Surface Openings have too much area for base surface=FACE_6E0C2A50
I checked and when there are up to 7 different window surfaces (with venetian blinds with different angles included) it will work and run properly but since now I have around 13 different situations the simulation doesn’t work.
I would really appreciate it if you could let me know how I can solve this issue? or like is there any other way to implement this kind of dynamic approach?
here is the gh files of the workflow:
