3DChart not working with Analysis Period and Conditional

Good morning,

I am encountering what seems to be an error when using the 3DChart component with an Analysis Period and a conditional statement. As you can tell from the images below, the conditional statement is not being applied.
I’m a pretty new user, so any input would be helpful!
