A question about snapping mesh in butterfly

Hello all,
I am new to use butterlfy and I got two different meshes for my simple model before and after snapping mesh component, like what I show you by two captures. The meshes after sanpping are just only part of my model. I am not sure whether it is nomal or right. The simulation results are very odd.
Could anyone told me is it okay?

@Nico Hi,I have check your gh file. The left part and right part of your model are closed and did not connect to the midde room. So If you intend to do indoor airflow for the whole model,please add some small hold on the wall.
