Please ask which guy knows why honeybee reported the error like this, my version should be no problem, and then this case was downloaded on the ladybug official website, and it was not successful for half a day 
If you want to use legacy honeybee, you have to use OpenStudio 2.9.1 but I would sooner recommend that you use the latest LBT plugin from Food4Rhino (version 1.4 or higher). That one works with the latest version of OpenStudio.
