Additional-Idf error in PMV comfort map simulation

Hi to all,

I am running a PMV comfort map simulation for a very simple building but every time I get this error

I have tried many different solutions but I always get the same error, I have installed the last LB/HB version.
Have you got this error before? if so, How did you solve it?

It runs fine on my computer.
Iā€™m suspecting that even though you said you are updated ā€¦ you are not.
The best is to use the one click installer from pollination.
