AirBoundary not considered transparent by 'Annual Daylight'?

Helllo，everyone.
In this example there are two rooms, one with windows and the other without, I followed this post below and researched and found that when performing a simulation ‘Daylight Factor’ the air boundary is completely translucent, but when simulating ‘Annual Daylight’ the air is conveniently completely non-translucent?

@chris, in this example I have two rooms separated by an AirBoundary. The northern room is highly glazed; the southern room has no glazing. [image] When I run this through a daylighting simulation, the southern room receives daylight despite having no windows, which is expected because it shares an AirBoundary with the sunny northern side of the space.
