I like the concept but it’s now even harder to automate the process. Maybe we should add an issue for this to GitHub as a wish. I’m not sure by adjacent point they mean 8 point around each point or 4 point on top, bottom and sides.
Besides this screenshot, is there any credible reference for this? I can think of at least two circumstances where assuming sunlight exposure based on this calculation will be misleading.
