Annual glare analysis error

Hello everyone,
I need to make an annual glare analysis for a small room but Glare analysis HB gives me this error:

  1. Failed to find size of the picture. It will be set to 800.
  2. Solution exception:need more than 1 values to unpack

I updated all components but it didn’t help.
Any help please?

I can’t check your file but this looks like an error for a point-in-time analysis. Did you try to set the size for the image to be smaller than 800 pixels? That might solve the problem.
