I would like to know how can I assign to a surface a photovoltaic property. Are there any components in the version 1.3.0. of Ladybug tools? Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.

i think LBT have not workflow for analyzing photovoltaic cell. you have to refer to the Legacy.

As far as I know, in the Ladybug version of 0.0.69 (it includes legacy plug-ins), there is a component called as PhotovoltaicsSurface. However, I currently use the version of 1.3.0. and it lacks that component. If I download and install 0.0.69, can I use that component? I have a confusion that can both versions (1.3.0 and 0.0.69) work together? I hope I explained my concern clearly.

Note that Legacy and LBT are completely separate and do not work together. You should not combine the two. In fact, Legacy is an obsolete version.
Yes, if you want to test photovoltaics, you have to work with 0.0.69.
