Bake ladybug sun path into rhino

Hi I want to bake to LADYBUG Sunpath diagram as an object in rhino. When set the Boolean toggle to true I get an error stating that “Solution exception:Local variable ‘angleCrvsOnly’ referenced before assignment.”. Any has any idea why I get this error?
