There is no Dept. of Energy (DoE) prototype building for a generic “Factory.” So there is not going to be a Building program in Ladybug Tools for a Factory.
I imagine that the reason why DoE did not make a prototype building for a factory is that the energy use of factories varies widely based on what is being manufactured and what equipment is used. My understanding is that the manufacturing equipment typically accounts for more than half of the energy use of industrial buildings and, in a lot of cases, I’m sure it’s something extreme like 90% of all energy consumption.
There is a DoE prototype building for a warehouse since storage of goods is pretty standardized. Maybe you can start with that and then add a bunch of HB Process Loads for the specific pieces of manufacturing equipment in the particular factory you are trying to model.
