Butterfly error - failed to load values, failed find probes folder

Hi
I just started learning Butterfly and I used the sample file for indoor simulation. I used the geometry that I had myself.
However, I face this error and I don’t know what the problem is. I cannot find a postprocessing folder either.

Hi@Kiana for my experience, the compotent has minor bug. You should disable it and re-enable it.
