Calculate solar panels begginer

Hello! I am a begginner in the use of LadyBug and Grasshopper. I am triying to analize the proper location and angle of solar panels for a building. However, I have noticed something, first I did an analysis of how much energy can be collected in the roofs, so I tested the current roof, and you see the results in the first picture, but when I did the same now with a simulated solar panel, the result does not have sense, so I tried to simulate a solar panel in the same exact position of the current roof and in the second picture the results. Those are completely different and I cannot understand why if the configuration of the script is exactly the same changing just the geometry. Can you take a look and explain me, please? I really appreciate some insight.

Welcome to the forum!
The geometry of your file is not internalised so it is not possible to check.
In any case try to flip the direction of the surface and probably you’ll be set.
