I’m trying to run the room illuminance simulation of the sunlight with honeybee.
I would like to know how to set “milky white glass” material like this image
Thanks in advance and I’m sorry for my bad English.

You should use a transluncent material. The component description provides enough information to learn more about the input values and the settings for an accurate daylight simulation with translucent materials.
Thanks! I will try that component.
I tried to use transluncent material component, but I can’t figure out the value of milky glass. How do I get value of transMaterial? Or, how to get a value criterion to the material?
See this discussion. Once you have gone through that, the images below might give you an idea:
void trans something 0 0 7 0.95 0.95 0.95 0 0 0.947 0.333
void trans something 0 0 7 0.95 0.95 0.95 0 0 0.947 0.444
void trans something 0 0 7 0.95 0.95 0.95 0 0 0.947 0.556

Sarith
thanks sarith! I think I got lost in the maze “transMaterial”…
