I was wondering if there is way to have citygml or cityJson files as an inout for lbt tools with some assumption to creat the energy model, by adding a program, construction sets, no. of floor or WWR for each surface (similar to shoebox modelling of UMI) for each building.

There’s no native support for converting CityGML files into simulate-able energy/radiance/uwg models but there is pretty good support for converting GeoJSON files via the DF Model From GeoJSON component.
CityGML just has way too many variations with its “Level of Detail” concept that it’s very difficult to write translators for it. GeoJSON is a lot simpler and more standardized.
