The climate data imports correctly into “User-definded data” but the “Country”, “Region”, and “Climate data set” cells have been filled incorrectly. I’m assuming I haven’t used the right components to import the climate data. Thanks for your time.

You are correct: there are two different ways to set climate data using HBPH: one for WUFI-Passive and one for PHPP.
For the PHPP: you just need to use the component named “PHPP Climate Data” to specify which PHPP data set you want to use. Just make sure the inputs match the values in the PHPP and it should assign those for you in the Climate worksheet:
