Quite off topic here, but I’m not sure where to ask. Could you please point me in the direction of companies in Europe and US that are aligned with what we are doing? Specifically architecture companies that are using these tools and are performance aware during all stages of design. I’m about to finish my post-grad and will be applying for work abroad soon.

Although they are specific to Ladybug Tools, these two links might help you get started: organizations, people. Firms that participate in (and sponsor) AEC workshops. hackathons, symposiums etc. are also fairly invested in building performance simulation tools. Additionally, archinect and linkedin often have job posts specific to the kind of analyses discussed on this platform.
